My galaxy s6 had a power fault and wouldn't stay switched on, took it in on the Sunday and it needed a new motherboard, battery and charging point but was still ready to collect by lunchtime on the Monday. The staff were so friendly and the after sales is second to none.

One gentleman with a great service. However, as a company they are very bad. The terms and agreements with replacements and refunds are terrible, it's like stealing money from you.

I wish could give no stars. When my brand new samsung s8 phone did not work out of the box which I have received as a present from my parents the staff at this store declined to check it because the purchase was not in my name. I kept telling them I just wanted it to work as my parents are in London and there is no way they can come over just so Samsung can test the phone. Told them it's a brand new phone just opened the box and had everything with me. The staff was very rude and told me all they know is it can be a stolen phone. If this is how Samsung treats customers then no wonder people are switching from Samsung products to other makes. Big disappointment ruined my day. Will never purchase another Samsung product.

Great service. Popped in yesterday to see about fixing a fault with the screen on my phone. Was fixed within 5 hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for better service!

This could have been more stars. I visited the store on the morning to view two phones to make a decision on which one to buy. Extremely helpful staff. Once home, I rang the store to confirm special offer price and availability. Said goods were out of stock but told to go to store and one could be ordered as a 'back order' and would need to be paid for. So, having travelled some distance back to Newcastle, was told that the goods were out of stock and not getting anymore in, and no, no further orders would be taken, regardless of what I had been told on the phone. Not happy. Price matched next door at John Lewis..
